Fantastic results and improvements by all at the 2nd PD’s OC1 time trials. Special mention to all the first time trialers for giving it a go and really setting themselves a quality benchmark. The Coaches have been going back through the video footage to give further feedback and technique pointers to the paddlers.
There are plenty of OC1 sessions running from Kirribilli, so book yourself into one and see how much you can improve next time!
