PDs Stuff

PD Member Since: Sept. 2006

How I Got Into Paddling: I used to do some lifeboat rowing. Back then can’t distinguish rowing from paddling in English, so I typed ‘paddle’ in google and PD came up.

Favourite PD Moment: 2007 dragon boat national championship in Penrith, last 15 seconds in 1000 meter race.

Three words to describe PDs: fun, dedication, hard-work

How Other PDs Describe Yansong: Quiet on land but mighty and furious in the boat, quiet achiever, friendly, helpful, small but mighty, quiet but determined and has the best fierce paddling face ever captured on film. Smiling, excited, happy to be paddling, tough, tenacious, keen, quite with a big heart, strong-willed. Always sits in the back of the boat but should be given the opportunity to realise his potential and sit up front : experience a new seat .
