This was our last time trial for the season. Any further ones will only be for the Hamo Squad.
Whether you achieved, exceeded or missed the goal you were after now is a good opportunity to reflect on the changes you made during the season.
With everything still fresh in your mind identify both those changes you’d like to continue with and new ones to make for the future.
