(a) Project Manage (using the PDs event template) any regatta that the PDs are running (Eg Cockatoo & Cupcake Cups), including applying for and liaising with Council, affiliates associations, RMS etc for licensing requirements to run a regatta
(b) Report to the Committee on a monthly basis during the organisation phase any updates on how the event is tracking and if any additional support is needed
(c) Enlist volunteers and club members to assist with the running of the event and any additional organisation that needs to be done
(d) Be available on race day (or nominate someone to be representative) to liaise with all relevant bodies required
(e) Post race, submit to the Committee the financials of the regatta and recommendations for future events
