Outrigger Canoeing September 2007 Goals

All those not having steered before trying their hand at steering warm-ups and warm-downs under instruction from level 2/3 steerers
Special sessions for Cook Is women’s crew from Balmoral
Building base and skills by doing one session per week of another paddling code
Opens and Mixed Crews will commence open water sessions from 10 November 2007, in preparation for Five Islands Race
