The PDs got on the water for our first dragon boating regatta of the season. After spending most of the morning (and the Premier Mixed category races) familiarising ourselves with the water, we came away with surprise third-place finishes in the Premier Women and Premier Open categories! The highlight of the day was the paddling debut of Simon Douglas, Fred Chauland, Renee Langenheim, Natalie Chauland, Firoozeh Ost, and of course new additions to the PDs family, Leigh Simpkin and Jo Holecek.
