Well done to everyone who participated in the November Novice Course!
Saturday was all about the dragonboat, and saw our Novices in amongst it with the PDs learning about how to make a dragonboat go fast – there was possibly more competition between the boats at the Novice course than we saw in the Mixed Final at Roseville! We celebrated some great paddling with a tasty sausage sizzle in the park afterwards, and the sun finally came out to say hello.

Thank you to all the participants – hopefully you enjoyed the experience and will be coming back to join us for a season of great training and racing. Thank you also to the dozens of PDs who helped make the course a success by paddling at the sessions, steering or just making our new paddlers feel welcome.
