(a) Shall consist of one of the Dragon Boat Mens Coach, Dragon Boat Womens Coach, Dragon Boat Race Coordinator and Novice Paddling Coach on a monthly rotational basis.
(b) Prior to each Committee Meeting collect information concerning all matters relating to dragon boat related happenings in the Club from the Dragon Boat Mens Coach, Dragon Boat Womens Coach, Dragon Boat Race Coordinator and Novice Paddling Coach.
(c) Represent the views of the Dragon Boat Mens Coach, Dragon Boat Womens Coach, Dragon Boat Race Coordinator and Novice Paddling Coach at the Club Committee Meeting.
(d) Delegate tasks to other Club members as required to prevent an excessive workload and to ensure all responsibilities are met.
